  1. Installation Select the matching adapter according to your power tool (angle grinder, bench grinder, electric drill). Screw the backing pad tightly onto the spindle. Ensure the pad is firmly fixed before operation.
  2. Accessory Mounting This backing pad is hook & loop design. You can stick flocked sanding discs, wool polishing pads, wet polishing pads and sponge pads directly on the surface. Press evenly to make full contact.
  3. Operation Tips
  • Start the power tool at low speed first, then gradually increase the speed.
  • Do not apply excessive pressure during sanding & polishing. Let the pad and abrasive do the work.
  • Keep the pad flat against the workpiece surface, avoid tilting, which may cause pad damage.
  1. Application Scope Suitable for grinding and polishing of artificial stone, furniture & woodwork, metal, automobile paint surface and other materials.
  2. Safety Notes
  • Wear safety goggles and dust mask when working.
  • Do not exceed the rated maximum RPM of the backing pad.
  • Stop working immediately if the pad shakes or deforms.
  • Inspect the pad regularly. Replace it once the hook & loop surface wears out.
